When someone truly cherishes and deeply loves another person, they want that person to succeed. They want them to become brighter, smarter, and happier. They want them to eat good things, wear nice things, and be well taken care of. Whether from near or far, they still want to protect them, support them, and stand by them. There are even people who, despite having their own hearts broken, let go of the one they love and place them into the hands of someone better — just so that person can have a happier and better life.
