3) Orders & payments: When you place an order you agree to pay the displayed total and follow the seller’s stated policies. Payment methods and processing may vary by seller and may involve third‑party providers.
4) Content & conduct: You may not post illegal, misleading, or infringing content. Harassment, spam, and manipulation of reviews or ratings are not allowed.
5) Changes: We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use of Pyonea after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy
We collect and use information to provide the service—such as creating accounts, processing orders, enabling seller support, and improving the marketplace.
What we collect: account details (name, email/phone), shipping information, order history, and device/usage data.
How we use it: to run the platform, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and communicate service updates.
Sharing: we share limited data with sellers (to fulfill orders) and service providers (payments, delivery, analytics) where necessary. We do not sell personal data.

Refund Policy
Pyonea is a marketplace and return/refund rules can differ by seller.
- Check the seller’s return policy on the product page and at checkout. - If a return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation (timelines may vary by payment method). - Items generally must be returned in original condition unless the seller’s policy states otherwise. - Shipping fees may be non‑refundable unless the return is due to seller error or a defective/wrong item.
Seller Agreement
Sellers are responsible for: accurate listings, lawful products, clear policies, timely fulfillment, and professional communication.
Sellers must: - Keep inventory, pricing, and delivery coverage accurate - Respond to buyer messages and order issues within reasonable time - Honor the stated return/shipping policies - Avoid prohibited items and misleading claims
Fees: Pyonea may charge platform fees or commissions according to the published pricing plan.
Dispute Resolution
If there’s an order issue, buyers and sellers should first try to resolve it through direct communication.
If unresolved, Pyonea may review the case and help mediate based on: - order information and message history - the seller’s stated policies - platform rules and applicable law
We may request additional evidence (photos, invoices, delivery proof) and may take action on accounts that repeatedly violate policies.
